Located in Fleetwood, Wyre, this project is a beautiful new 72 apartment extra care scheme which will provide  high quality, safe and secure homes for older people who want to enjoy their independence with care and support available when they need  it.

We have been working with other teams to complete the SAP and SBEM, acoustics, air leakage and sound testing.

We wish the new residents every happiness in their new homes!
