Gorton Mill House

We have been working alongside Southway Housing on the Gorton Mill House project.

Located in Manchester, Gorton Mill House comprises of a variety of extra care apartments, 43 of which are one-bedroom and 63 of which are two-bedroom. On site they also have a bistro and beauty salon at the front of the building, which will be open to the public. Additionally, a private car park is available with an office, reception and a large community garden.

We have undertaken the Environmental Standards Statement, Noise Assessment and Air Quality Assessment on this project.
