Energy Counsel are pleased to be working alongside Rowlinson Constructions Ltd & Great Places Housing Association on the UK's first purpose-built LGBTQ+ housing scheme.
Whilst currently in the early planning stages, the proposal is for 80 one and two-bedroom flats for people aged 55 or over with shared facilities including lounges.
The plans also include a neighbouring separate shared ownership block consisting of 40 one and two-bedroom apartments.
