We are pleased to be working alongside J Greenwood (Builders) Ltd on the Spring Grove Works project.

This new project is located in Greenfield, Oldham and the client is E&G Developments Ltd. The development is made up of ten new build residential houses.
We have been working on the SAP/ EPC assessments along with the Air Leakage Testing in order to meet building regulations.
We are looking forward to seeing this one develop with Poole Dick Associates, Millson Group and D&D Consulting.
