We have been working alongside LeClardo Consulting Limited on behalf of First Choice Homes on a project know as West Vale.

Located in Oldham, this project aims to build 88 new homes on land at the gateway to the town, off Vale Drive. The new estate, which would be a mix of apartments and houses, would take the place of 1960s tower blocks Crossbank House and Summervale House.

We are pleased to have been involved on this project by undertaking the Part L assessments, energy statement and air quality assessment.
